Fraud & Chargeback Policy
Last updated: June 2026
We take payment fraud seriously. This policy describes our prevention measures and consequences for abuse.
Prevention measures
- Sign-in required for card/bank purchases (Clerk authentication).
- Order metadata linked to your account and payment session.
- Minimum order values and manual review for high-risk patterns.
- Stripe Radar and dispute monitoring on all card payments.
- One order ID per payment — duplicate or mismatched payments are flagged.
- IP and timestamp logging on order creation for dispute evidence.
Chargebacks
A chargeback after crypto has been delivered or an order completed is treated as fraud. We submit evidence to Stripe including order ID, wallet delivery, timestamps, and account linkage. You are liable for chargeback amounts, fees, and associated costs.
Prohibited conduct
- Using stolen payment methods or identity.
- Structuring transactions to evade limits or monitoring.
- False claims of non-receipt when blockchain records show delivery.
- Multiple accounts to circumvent bans or limits.
Enforcement
- Immediate suspension of Clerk account and Discord access.
- Blacklisting of wallet addresses and payment fingerprints where applicable.
- Reporting to law enforcement for serious or repeated fraud.
Disputes in good faith
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before initiating a bank chargeback. We will investigate with your order ID and resolve legitimate issues faster than the card network dispute process.
