• Account data via Clerk (email, profile) when you sign in to buy crypto.
• Order data: wallet addresses, amounts, exchange type, and order IDs you create.
• Payment data processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.
• Discord user IDs when you open support tickets in our server.
• Technical logs: IP address, timestamps, and webhook events for fraud prevention.

How we use data

• Process exchanges and deliver crypto or fiat payouts.
• Prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse.
• Provide customer support via Discord and order tracking.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to operate: Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Cloudflare (hosting/transcripts), and our database host. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of account data where we are not legally required to retain it.
