By using Faint Exchange, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

We provide a platform to buy, sell, and swap cryptocurrency. Some routes are automated; others require manual processing by our team. Fees are displayed before you confirm an order.

Eligibility

• You must be 18+ and legally permitted to use crypto services in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate wallet addresses and payout details. Incorrect details may result in lost funds.
• Card purchases require a verified account (Clerk sign-in).

Orders

• Each order receives a unique ID (FX-XXXXXX). Keep it for tracking and support.
• Quotes and rates may change until your deposit or payment is confirmed.
• Minimum order amounts apply (e.g. $6 for fiat routes).

Prohibited use

• Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or illegal activity.
• Chargeback fraud or false payment disputes.
• Abuse of staff, automated systems, or promotional mechanisms.

Limitation of liability

Crypto transactions are irreversible. We are not liable for losses caused by user error (wrong address), network congestion, third-party failures, or force majeure. Our liability is limited to the fees paid on the affected order where applicable law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
